How does SJ measure whether a strategy is working?

SJ Digital Media Solutions measures strategy against the outcomes it was designed to produce, through an indicator framework defined during the strategy engagement itself and reviewed with leadership on a fixed cycle. A strategy without measurement is a hope; the framework is what makes it management.
Measurement operates at three levels:
Outcome indicators: revenue and margin in the chosen segments, share of business from priority customers and markets, and for expanding companies, partner appointments and revenue by overseas market
System indicators: the health of the machine the strategy runs on, qualified enquiries, conversion rates through the funnel, response times, capacity headroom and the productivity gains from AI integration
Milestone indicators: whether the roadmap's phases complete on time and meet their readiness criteria, for example the strengthen-phase criteria that release the first market entry
Reviews follow a defined rhythm: operational indicators monthly, strategic review quarterly, with a disciplined distinction between execution problems, fix the machine, and strategy problems, revisit the choice. Deviations trigger analysis before adjustment, so the strategy is steered rather than abandoned at the first rough quarter.
Because SJ typically executes alongside the strategy, through branding, marketing, AI implementation and business matching, measurement carries accountability: the indicators judge SJ's work as much as the client's, which is precisely how a systematic, proven approach stays honest.
