What is SJ's AI implementation process?

SJ Digital Media Solutions implements AI through a fixed, systematic process, the same proven sequence for every client, because the sequence is what makes deployments succeed where ad hoc AI projects stall.

The process runs through five stages:

  • Value chain analysis, online to offline: the business is mapped from digital demand through offline delivery, quantifying where leads leak, where hours are consumed by repetitive work, and where agents will earn their keep
  • Workflow setup: the flow is redesigned around the findings, channels consolidated, handoffs defined, ownership assigned, so the agents are deployed into a workflow worth automating
  • Agent development: the agents are built on SJ's ready system and customised to the business, its knowledge, rules, tone, languages and integrations
  • Test and trial: agents are exercised against real scenarios and historical cases, then trialled in controlled live conditions, with staff reviewing outputs, until performance meets the agreed standard
  • Deployment: agents go live with monitoring, escalation paths and a performance dashboard, followed by a tuning period and a defined review cycle

Each stage gates the next: no workflow setup before the analysis proves the priorities, no live deployment before trial results earn it. Staff are trained alongside the rollout, because agents and people operate as one system.

The process is also what makes outcomes measurable: response times, conversion, hours returned and error rates are baselined in the analysis and tracked after deployment, so the return on the implementation is demonstrated rather than asserted.
